Established in Hong Kong in 1998, Tai Yip Contractors Limited ("Tai Yip") has engaged in many construction projects, ranging from civil engineering, building construction, renovation to plant hiring.
Throughout the years, Tai Yip has adopted the quality assurance techniques in order to reach the objectives of high operational efficiency and effectiveness and ultimately, to fulfill Client's and/or Contractors' satisfaction. Apart from quality assurance, safety and environment are always our concern. Tai Yip has paid a great effort to strive for accident free working enviornment and environmental protection.
Since 2008, Tai Yip started to build and manage the entire development in the role of Main Contractor. These developments include 'Color by the River' (residential development at Nam Wai, Sai Kung) and 'Hong Dao Tang' (Taoism place cum mediation rooms at Yiu Wing Street, Kwai Chung). In this new era, Tai Yip has set new development strategies and is well equipped to take new challenges and break new ground. Tai Yip will continually seize every opportunity presented by the new era to provide the best products and services to fulfill Clients' and/or Contractors' satisfaction.
In 2010, Tai Yip has further established a new branch for renovation works. To comply with the minor works control system as stipulated by the Building (Amendment) Ordinance 2008 and the Building (Minor Works) Regulation, Tai Yip has registered as the Registered Minor Works Contractors and is listed on Minor Works Contractors' Register of the Buildings Department in 2011.
