Tai Yip has participated into many construction projects in Hong Kong, ranging from civil engineering and infrastructural projects, building projects to renovation projects. Tai Yip also owned various construction plants and machines, which can be rented to clients for their construction activities. Tai Yip has clearly defined its 4 core businesses as follow:-
Civil Engineering
Tai Yip has participated into various civil engineering and infrastructural projects. One of the most recent projects is the Central Reclamation Phase III projects. For details, please refer to our Civil Engineering projects.
Building Construction
Apart from civil engineering projects, Tai Yip has engaged into various major building projects in Hong Kong, including the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre Atrium Link Expansion and AsiaWorld-Expo. Moreover, Tai Yip has also contracted the entire building projects as a role of Main Contractor in construction of Hong Dao Tong and Color by the River. Renovation
In 2010, Tai Yip has been registered as Registered Minor Works Contractor and has established a new branch for renovation works. The new branch has contracted works from various clients ranging from non-profit organizations, private developers to individual flat residents. One of our major clients is the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups (HKFYG), Tai Yip has contracted renovation works at its Youth S.P.O.T. at Tseung Kwan O, Tsuen King and Tsuen Wan.
